Christmas caroling at local nursing homes-2017
We truly enjoyed our visit to the nursing homes. We sang and danced to several songs. We saw the hands of our audience clap and move their bodies with the beat. The smiles on the faces, along with some tears, melted our hearts. The elderly are very special people that hold wisdom and joy. We were so blessed by this activity.
Got Faith Ministry Coloring Contest
The contest was to draw a picture of love for Valentines day. the kindergarden student drew God and Jesus as his love. the first grade student drew Jesus as her sweetheart. the 2nd grade student drew 1John 4:19 which says "We love Him, because he first loved us" So thankful for these students that know Jesus!

Help Texas Project
The students suggested items that we could collect for the victims of the Texas disaster. They then made up signs to put in the foyer of our church.
Samaritan's Purse Project
Thrive sent 5 Samaritan Purse shoe boxes to the needy at Christmas time. Each box was overflowing with gifts and other items! We tracked the boxes and found out that they went to children in South Africa! The students loved doing this project! Bless their giving hearts!
